Staff and administration self-appraisals are due to managers this week, on Friday, February 27, from employees to managers. After reviewing, managers will then provide a final assessment to employees. Final forms are due to human resources on April 10.
Employees and managers are encouraged to use this time to reflect on accomplishments and individual contributions to Chapman’s organizational goals. Looking ahead, employees and supervisors will work together to set individual goals for the next year that contribute to team goals and ultimately to Chapman’s strategic plan.
Employees who were still within their six-month introductory period at the end of the review period (December 31, 2025) will not be required to participate in the performance appraisal process.
