Plan Ahead for Staff and Administration Performance Appraisals

Final staff and administration performance appraisals are due from departments to Human Resources on April 10. Supervisors are encouraged to begin scheduling time now to ensure thoughtful conversations with employees.
Employees and managers are encouraged to use this time to reflect on accomplishments and individual contributions to Chapman’s organizational goals. Employees who were still within their six-month introductory period as of Dec. 31, 2025, are not required to participate in the performance appraisal process.
