Final staff and administration performance appraisals are due from departments to Human Resources this week, on April 10. Employees and managers are encouraged to use this time to reflect on accomplishments and individual contributions to Chapman’s organizational goals.
Employees who were still within their six-month introductory period at the end of the review period (December 31, 2025) will not be required to participate in the performance appraisal process.
