Fall 2025 Semester and Trimester Course Evaluations Available Nov. 17 through Dec. 6

Students will receive one email with links to all available course evaluations instead of individual emails for each course (unless the course is evaluated during a different window).

Course Evaluation Tips & Reminders:

  • Make sure your Canvas course is publishedCourse Evaluations are enabled in the course navigation by default.  If you discover that evaluations are not enabled in your course, learn how to enable them with this video with step-by-step instructions on how to enable).
  • Schedule time in-class for students to complete the course evaluation.
  • Remind students to make sure they are evaluating the correct course and instructor and to pay close attention to the rating scale.
  • Check your response rates during the evaluation window by following these steps.  The University goal is a response rate of at least 80%.
  • All submissions are anonymous and cannot be changed.
  • Evaluation results are distributed after grades from ALL faculty members are submitted.
  • Contact survey@chapman.edu with any questions/issues before and during the evaluation period so they can be resolved as soon as possible.
