As we approach the end of the academic year, Payroll Services reminds employees to make sure their mailing address is correct and up to date in Employee Self-Service to ensure they receive important documents such as W-2 forms. This is particularly important for employees who will not be returning next school year, including part-time employees, temporary employees, and part-time faculty whose positions end May 31, 2026. Supervisors are also encouraged to remind student employees who are graduating to do the same.
