The Office of Faculty Advancement is pleased to offer a winter writing retreat for full-time faculty from Jan. 12-15. The retreat provides an opportunity for faculty to focus on research, scholarly projects and creative activities during uninterrupted blocks of time. The retreat is designed to help faculty make meaningful progress on projects that are often difficult to advance during the academic year.
Writing retreats offer a distraction-free environment and structured time dedicated to writing projects. Lunches and breaks provide opportunities for interdisciplinary exchange and peer accountability.
