Human Resources announced the deadlines for the annual performance evaluation cycle for staff and administration.
Self-appraisals are due to managers on February 27. Managers’ final performance appraisals are due to human resources on April 10. A one-on-one conversation between each manager and employee is required during the performance appraisal process.
Employees and managers are encouraged to use this time to reflect on accomplishments and individual contributions to Chapman’s organizational goals. Looking ahead, employees and supervisors will work together to set individual goals for the next year that contribute to team goals and ultimately to Chapman’s organizational priorities.
Employees who were still within their six-month probationary period at the end of the review period (December 31, 2025) will not be required to participate in the performance appraisal process.
