Chapman University is launching the Workplace Violence Prevention Program (WVPP) to reinforce our commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for all employees. The program establishes procedures for identifying, reporting, and responding to potential workplace violence hazards and incidents.
The new Workplace Violence Prevention Program Policy is available online and a required training will be distributed through Vector soon. Please watch for the training notification and complete the assigned training within the required timeframe.
Employee participation is essential to maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring everyone understands their role in preventing and reporting workplace violence concerns.
