Faculty and staff attending Commencement on May 22 can park free in designated structures and lots. Please allow extra time for traffic and parking before and after
the ceremony.

University to Close May 25 for Memorial Day

Chapman University will be closed on Monday, May 25. Staff early release at 3 p.m. on Friday, May 22 is subject to supervisor approval.

Gabriella Dauber ’24 was named a 2026 National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, one of STEM’s most prestigious early-career honors. The Schmid College biological sciences graduate will pursue her Ph.D. in environmental science, policy, and management at the University of
California, Berkeley.
